Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Whoz Turn? mobile application (the "Service") operated by Jimmy Park ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
The Service may display advertising, including Google ads. We may also offer a paid in‑app purchase or subscription that removes ads.
If you purchase an ad‑free option, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel or we cancel. You may cancel through your account management page or by contacting support.
We may offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
